Tax resolution
Case study
Every case started with the same long form. We built an AI avatar that fills it.
TaxClosure resolves tax debt for individuals, and every case opens with IRS Form 433-A, a long financial-disclosure form. The audit found how much that intake was costing them.
TaxClosure
The result
20%
reduction in the time it takes a client to complete their IRS Form 433-A or 433-B intake.
What we walked into
TaxClosure's work could not begin until a client's Form 433-A was complete and accurate. In practice that meant staff chasing clients for bank statements, pay stubs, and asset details, then re-keying all of it into the form by hand. The audit walked every step of that intake, context first, then numbers.
What the audit found
The audit walks every process and asks four questions: where is time sitting, where are people doing what software should, where is work done twice, and where is money slipping out.
Time leak
Cases stalled for weeks waiting on documents clients did not know how to gather.
Manual work leak
Staff re-keyed every client's financial details into Form 433-A line by line.
Rework leak
Incomplete or inconsistent forms bounced back from review and were reassembled more than once.
Money leak
Every stalled intake was a case not yet generating revenue.
What we built
The findings pointed at the intake itself. We built an AI avatar intake system: a lifelike AI avatar interviews each client in plain language, in English or Spanish, collects and organizes the supporting documents, and assembles Form 433-A end to end. Staff review a finished form instead of re-keying it line by line.
Where it landed
TaxClosure's intake is now an AI-led process the client can complete on their own, not a manual assembly job for staff. Cases start sooner, and forms reach review built instead of half-built.
Every engagement starts the same way: we find where the money is leaking.
